1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Resolve Dynamics, Inc. d/b/a Apex AI Advisors ("Apex," "we"), a Tennessee corporation based in Franklin, Tennessee. By using apexblueprint.ai and its free tools, you accept these terms. Client engagements are governed by the signed statement of work or services agreement; if it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. The site and tools
The site and tools are provided for general information. Output from the AI policy creator and other tools is a starting point, not legal, tax, or professional advice. Review it with your own advisors before relying on it.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens the site, or submit content you have no right to share.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, design and tools belong to Resolve Dynamics, Inc. or its licensors. Documents you generate with the free tools are yours to use.
5. Your submissions
You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to use it to respond to you and provide services.
6. Third-party services
Links or integrations with other services are governed by those services' own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims about the site and free tools is limited to US $100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be heard in the courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting them here with a new "Last updated" date.
