Privacy Policy

Resolve Dynamics, Inc. d/b/a Apex AI Advisors ("Apex," "we") is a Tennessee corporation based in Franklin, Tennessee. This policy covers apexblueprint.ai, the tools on it, and Apex's internal applications that connect to Google accounts.

• What you send us: your name, email, company, and message when you use our contact or early-access forms.
• The AI policy creator: your answers stay in your own browser storage and are not sent to us unless you choose to send them.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations.

We use information to reply to inquiries, provide and improve our services, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Apex operates an internal application ("Apex Brain Ingestor") that, with the account owner's explicit consent, reads Gmail and Google Calendar data with read-only access for Apex's own team accounts.

It reads message metadata (sender, recipients, subject, date) and a short preview snippet, and calendar event details, to keep an internal record of client communications and meetings. Email bodies and attachments are not stored. It never sends, deletes, or modifies email or calendar data.

Apex AI Advisors' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not used to train AI models, not sold, and not used for advertising. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the application, under confidentiality obligations.

You can withdraw consent at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Data received is deleted on request.

We share information only with service providers that host and operate our site and applications (who are bound by confidentiality), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell data.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete it on request where possible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us at contact@apexaiadvisors.co. We respond within 30 days. Residents of some states may have additional rights, which we honor as required by law.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We post updates to this policy here and change the "Last updated" date.
